Salesforce Developer - nCino

Maintain, enhance, and support nCino functionality for commercial lending operations Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions Configure and customize nCino and Salesforce features to meet business needs Build and maintain automation using Salesforce Flows, approval processes, and assignment rules Ensure data integrity, security, and platform performance across Salesforce and nCino Troubleshoot issues, provide ongoing support, and identify opportunities for platform improvements Create and maintain technical documentation, configurations, and best practices

The client needs a dedicated nCino expert with strong commercial lending knowledge and banking experience. nCino experience alone is not enough-the candidate must understand how commercial lending works and how nCino is configured and used within a financial institution. Required experience: 5+ years of hands-on nCino experience Commercial lending and banking/financial services experience Salesforce administration and development Salesforce integrations, Flows, and security model nCino record-based configuration Full lifecycle development, testing, and deployment experience. We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with experience in nCino to support and enhance commercial lending solutions within a banking environment. This role combines hands-on nCino development, Salesforce administration, and business process optimization to support the full commercial lending lifecycle., 5 7+ years of nCino platform experience 5 7+ years of Salesforce Administration and/or Development experience Strong understanding of commercial lending processes and loan lifecycle management Experience with Salesforce security models, roles, profiles, permissions, and data management Knowledge of Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Required Certifications: nCino Certified System Administrator nCino Developer Certification, Experience in banking, lending, or financial services environments Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
