Job description
The Sr. Systems Engineer is responsible for configuring and supporting enterprise software solutions while ensuring systems integration, interoperability, and compliance with established standards. This position provides technical expertise throughout the system lifecycle, collaborates across government agencies, and performs systems engineering activities including planning, integration, verification, validation, and requirements analysis to deliver reliable enterprise solutions., * Conduct engineering efforts that support and maintain enterprise system functions.

Provide technical advice, assistance, planning, and expertise to ensure system integration, interoperability, and standards compliance.

Conduct cross-program and cross-agency collaboration to design, integrate, test, and deliver interoperability solutions with Government agencies.

Perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk analysis, supportability analysis, and effectiveness assessments.

Perform systems engineering analyses throughout the system lifecycle, including concept, design, fabrication, testing, installation, operation, maintenance, and disposal.

Ensure the logical and systematic conversion of customer and product requirements into total system solutions while considering technical, schedule, and cost constraints.

Perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, trade studies, requirements allocation, and interface definition studies.

Translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.

Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Sr. Systems Engineer Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities Requested:

Experience configuring and supporting enterprise software solutions.

Knowledge of systems engineering principles and full system lifecycle management.
-
Experience with systems integration, interoperability, and standards compliance.

Ability to perform verification and validation activities.
-
Experience conducting functional analysis, trade studies, requirements allocation, and interface definition.

Ability to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-
Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple organizations and Government agencies.

Benefits & conditions
Estimated Starting Salary Range for Sr. Systems Engineer: $165,000-$180,000
Pay commensurate with experience.
Full-time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.
