IT System Administrator

Tasks & Responsibilities - Infrastructure Management & Operations: Deploy, configure, maintain, and monitor servers, networks, and Microsoft Azure cloud environments. Maintain hardware lifecycle and backup/disaster recovery procedures. - Cybersecurity & Information Security: Own and enforce security policies (Zero Trust, least-privilege, EDR, patch management). Support compliance with the Esquema Nacional de Seguridad (ENS) and CCN’s security guidelines, including isolated (air-gapped) workstations. - Identity & Access Management: Admin Microsoft accounts, enforce MFA/SSO, and manage role-based access control (RBAC). - End-User Support & Device Management: Provide technical support, manage MDM solutions, handle onboarding/offboarding, and maintain IT asset inventory. - SaaS Platform Administration: Manage platforms like Microsoft 365, Odoo SH, HubSpot, Factorial, Jira, and Confluence. - Network Administration: Design and monitor LAN, WAN, wireless networks, network segmentation

and VLANs. - Compliance, Governance & Documentation: Maintain IT documentation, support internal/external audits (ENS, GDPR), and report to the CTO. - Vendor & Budget Management: Manage IT contracts, contribute to budget planning, and optimize costs. Qualifications & Skills - Degree in Computer Science, IT, or Telecommunications. - 4-8 years of experience in an IT systems administration or IT infrastructure role. - Additional certification in cybersecurity or information security (CISM, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer) is a strong plus. - Experience supporting compliance with regulatory frameworks (ENS, ISO 27001, GDPR or equivalent). - Experience managing SaaS platform ecosystems (Odoo, Jira, HubSpot, Factorial or similar). - Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN, firewalls) and cybersecurity frameworks (Zero Trust, CIS Controls, ENS, NIST). - High level of ownership, accountability, proactivity, and strong analytical skills. - Spanish & English: professional competence. This role is critical in a deep-tech scale-up environment handling sensitive and classified information, where IT security, access control, and system availability are not just operational priorities but regulatory requirements.
