Agile Master

situatedWhat you bring- Agile certification (e.G. ICAgile, Scrum.Org, Scrum Alliance or SAFe)- At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Agile Delivery Lead in software development or operations environments- Strong hands-on experience applying Agile principles in real delivery contexts- Experience working in compliance-driven environments- Basic knowledge of IT Security topics such as Identity & Access Management or Cybersecurity- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence, ensuring quality documentation and traceability- Proven experience working in scaled Agile environments and leading cross-functional or virtual teams- Strong servant leadership mindset with the ability to support team effectiveness and growth- Excellent facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills- Ability to resolve complex challenges and manage conflicts constructively- Proactive, structured and result-oriented way of working- Strong leadership, change management and influencing skills- Positive attitude, curiosity and a strong customer-centric mindsetWhat we offer- We offer a hybrid work model which recognizes the value of striking a balance between in-person collaboration and remote working incl.
