Solution Delivery & Operations - Design, implement, and support PAM solutions and integrations. - Actively contribute to or lead initiatives and projects related to access control and identity security. - Deliver against defined objectives, milestones, and operational KPIs. Technical Expertise - Act as a subject matter expert on PAM technologies, architecture, and integrations. - Drive improvements in privileged access governance, automation, and monitoring. Support

Requirements Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field Alternatively, equivalent hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure, Identity & Access Management, or Cybersecurity Typically, 5+ years of relevant experience, with solid exposure to PAM, identity management, or security-focused infrastructure roles Experience managing privileged accounts, vaulting, session control, and access workflows Good understanding of identity and authentication concepts Scripting experience (e.g., PowerShell or similar) for automation and operational tasks Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and hybrid identity environments Experience troubleshooting system, authentication, or network-related issues Experience providing global 2nd/3rd level support for PAM platforms. Exposure to PAM architecture design and global deployments. Experience integrating PAM with cloud platforms and enterprise applications. Understanding of network architecture and secure access design. Experience driving automation and standardization initiatives.
