Job description

Build, develop, and maintain both front-end (Unity) and back-end services (APIs, microservices, databases) to support tools and automation workflows driven by intelligent systems. - Implement secure, scalable, and high-performance features that integrate with existing game codebases and infrastructure. - Develop and support custom Unity editor tools to streamline repetitive tasks, such as content creation workflows, build pipelines, and performance checks. - Leverage Unity’s scripting APIs to integrate AI services and automate manual steps in the development and liveops processes. - Develop and optimize server-side applications and microservices that power AI features, data processing, and real-time analytics. - Work together with DevOps on CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, deployment, and monitoring of solutions powered by artificial intelligence. - Work closely with data scientists and AI specialists to integrate machine learning models, autonomous agents, and other advanced AI techniques into Unity and backend systems. - Evaluate emerging AI tools and frameworks to determine feasibility, integration points, and return on investment for the business. - Implement automated testing strategies (unit, integration, functional, regression) to ensure reliability and maintainability of new and existing systems. - Work together with game developers, architects, and product managers to identify challenges and opportunities for automation and AI application. - Document builds, workflows, and guidelines for broader internal adoption. - Actively seek out areas for optimization, new tools, or process upgrades, and remain informed about the latest AI, gaming, and automation trends. What We’re Looking For - More than 5 years of professional experience in full stack development, preferably within a gaming setting. - More than one year of professional experience in AI and Automation development and implementation. - Proficiency in Unity (C#) with proven

Requirements

experience crafting editor tools, game modules, or liveops features. - Strong back-end development experience with a modern language (e.g., Java, C#, Python, or Node.js) and frameworks (e.g., ASP.NET, Django, Express). - Experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) and crafting RESTful APIs or microservices architectures. - Familiarity with DevOps & CI/CD practices and tools (Git, Docker, Jenkins, etc.). - Solid understanding of software engineering guidelines (build patterns, code reviews, testing, and version control). - Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in an agile environment. Nice to Have - Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI APIs) or integrating third-party AI services. - Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) including serverless computing, container orchestration (Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code. - Familiarity with gaming analytics, real-time multiplayer
