AI-DNA Senior Full Stack Engineer

We’re building software with an AI-native engineering model. AI agents handle entire development workflows while engineers design the systems, context, and guardrails that make those agents successful.

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who wants to build enterprise software differently. You’ll own features end-to-end while continuously improving the AI workflows that accelerate development across the team.

What You’ll Do

• Design and deliver enterprise-grade features across Java, React, APIs, and cloud services.
• Build AI-powered development workflows that automate coding, testing, debugging, and code reviews.
• Own features from design through production with a strong focus on quality and customer experience.
• Mentor other engineers by sharing reusable AI workflows, tools, and best practices.
• Continuously improve engineering velocity through automation and AI., You’ll help define how enterprise software is built in the AI era. Instead of simply writing code faster, you’ll build AI-native engineering workflows that allow small teams to deliver at startup speed while supporting Fortune 100 customers.

• 4+ years of full-stack software engineering with strong Java and React experience.
• Experience building and shipping enterprise SaaS applications.
• Hands-on user of modern AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including testing, code reviews, CI/CD, and cloud development.
• Product mindset with excellent ownership and communication skills.
• Passion for experimenting with new AI technologies and improving engineering productivity.
