Lead Salesforce Developer

• Architecting end-to-end Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions, selecting optimal frameworks, and designing robust enterprise security models.
• Leading technical development by building advanced, high-performance Lightning Web Components (LWC) tailored for the Lightning Web Runtime (LWR) framework.
• Integrating Salesforce Data Cloud and external systems via APIs to establish unified customer profiles and seamless data flows.
• Overseeing code quality and governance by enforcing strict coding standards, establishing CI/CD deployment pipelines, and managing complex metadata.
• Partnering with C-suite executives and key stakeholders to translate strategic business requirements into scalable technical roadmaps.

• 10+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, backed by at least 5 years operating in a technical leadership capacity.
• Proven expertise deploying Experience Cloud sites utilizing Lightning Web Runtime (LWR), advanced LWC, and Salesforce CLI/SFDX toolsets.
• Strong mastery of security architectures, including External Identity, SSO, and advanced sharing models.
• Knowledge of API integrations, Data Cloud connectivity, and asynchronous Apex process automation.
• Active Salesforce certifications such as Certified Platform Developer I and Experience Cloud Consultant.
