  • 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • 4+ years of Java Development experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with Kafka and Publish-Subscribe (Pub/Sub) pattern tools., * 5+ years of experience delivering complex enterprise-wide IT solutions.
  • 3+ years of experience with Cloud technologies.
  • 1+ year of experience delivering business solutions using AI Agentic tools.
  • Financial Services or Banking experience.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
