Requirements

8+ years of Salesforce experience, with strong technical architecture and implementation background.
Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect, Lead Salesforce Developer, or Senior Salesforce Architect in large enterprise environments.
Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce development and platform capabilities, including:

Apex

Salesforce Flow

Lightning Web Components

Salesforce data model

Salesforce security model

REST/SOAP APIs

JSON/XML structures

Integration design patterns

Strong experience with Service Cloud.
Experience with Experience Cloud or Salesforce portal solutions.
Exposure to or working knowledge of Agentforce or AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities.
Experience supporting net-new Salesforce implementations and major platform enhancements.
Ability to lead technical design discussions with senior client stakeholders.
Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for executive and business audiences.
Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
Ability to work effectively with distributed teams across multiple time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce certifications such as:
Salesforce Application Architect
Salesforce System Architect
Platform Developer I / II
Service Cloud Consultant
Experience Cloud Consultant
AI Associate / AI Specialist
CTA track certifications
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect is not required.
Experience with AI-assisted development tools or code generation tools.
Exposure to Gemini, Agentforce, or enterprise AI use cases.
Experience with Python or Google Apps Script.
Experience working with engineering-heavy clients or highly technical enterprise stakeholders.
Experience with Google Cloud Platform, API gateways, event-driven architecture, or large-scale enterprise integrations.
