Insight Global is seeking a Systems Admin for a higher education client. This individual will serve as a key member of the systems integration team, helping to support and maintain a large Microsoft 365 environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Entra ID, Exchange Online, PowerShell, and Microsoft Graph, while serving as an escalation point for complex identity, authentication, and access-related issues. This role will focus heavily on Microsoft 365 administration, monitoring critical services, troubleshooting advanced user and infrastructure issues, implementing best practices, and documenting operational processes.
