Job description
We are seeking a Senior End User Computing (EUC) Support Engineer to provide hands-on technical support across our staff, ministries, and campus operations. This is a high-visibility role for an experienced engineer who thrives in a customer-facing environment and takes ownership of the end-user experience from device provisioning through day-to-day support. What You’ll Do Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, monitors, peripherals, and mobile devices. Resolve incidents and service requests, performing proactive troubleshooting to prevent recurring issues. Set up new hire workstations, configure user profiles, and deploy applications per onboarding requirements. Install, upgrade, and repair end-user equipment, including non-warranty replacements and vendor coordination for in-warranty failures. Build, maintain, and deploy Microsoft Intune policies, configuration profiles, and application packages. Support Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), Adobe products, and other line-of-business software. Manage Active Directory and Entra ID tasks: user profiles, password resets, account unlocks, group memberships, and GPO/DNS support. Configure and maintain printers, print queues, and shared peripherals. Provide support for conferencing and collaboration technology, including digital displays, VoIP/desk phones, webcams, and audio/video equipment. Assist users with network connectivity (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN), print, and file services. Track and document all work in our ITSM/ticketing platform; contribute to knowledge base articles and SOPs. Partner with internal and external technical teams to resolve escalated issues. What You Bring
