  • Collaboration: Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives) and collaborate cross-functionally with UI/UX designers to implement Human-Centered Design (HCD) principles.
  • System Performance: Monitor application health and performance using tools like Splunk and New Relic, proactively resolving bugs, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities.

Requirements

  • Frontend Technologies: Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks, specifically React.js, alongside HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
  • Backend Technologies: Strong programming skills in Java, J2EE, and the Spring Boot framework, with a deep understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
  • Database: Proven experience with relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL, including complex query optimization and data mapping.
  • Cloud/DevOps: Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (GovCloud preferred) and containerization/orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Clearance: TS/SCI w/Poly

Desired Skills :

  • Familiarity with Human-Centered Design (HCD) approaches and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).
  • Experience with legacy modernization efforts (e.g., transitioning mainframe COBOL/Db2 to modern cloud architectures).

Education/Certifications:
