Requirements

  • Extensive experience leading CyberArk implementations, onboarding initiatives, and PAM programs
  • Experience serving as a Product Owner, Functional Lead, Program Lead, or Senior Business Analyst in CyberArk-focused environments
  • Strong knowledge of Privileged Access Management concepts, governance, and controls
  • Ability to gather requirements, define priorities, and drive CyberArk-related initiatives from conception through execution
  • Experience partnering with Security, Infrastructure, Risk, Compliance, Audit, and business stakeholders
  • Proven success leading enterprise-wide CyberArk programs in complex environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive strategic PAM initiatives
  • Experience presenting recommendations, roadmaps, and progress updates to senior leadership
