Lead SFDC with nCino Developer

We are seeking a strong Lead SFDC & nCino Developer with 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience and solid expertise in nCino. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, integrating, and supporting secure and scalable Salesforce/nCino solutions., * Design, configure, develop, implement, and support solutions on the nCino Bank Operating System built on Salesforce.

• Configure and customize nCino modules including Commercial Lending, Loan Origination, Customer Engagement, and Portfolio Management.
• Perform Salesforce configuration including custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, approval processes, and security.
• Develop using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, and Visualforce.
• Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
• Perform data mapping, migration, transformation, and data quality activities.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and UI enhancements.
• Prepare technical design documents, configuration workbooks, integration specifications, and release documentation.
• Participate in code reviews and follow Salesforce/nCino best practices and security standards.
