Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer in Model-based Software Development for automotive engineering HMI development in our Software Engineering department. You will design, implement and validate PLC Software using Model-based environments for electric vehicle HMI. You will ensure software components meet functional requirements across the vehicle’s E/E architecture, from model design through in -vehicle validation. What do we ask from you?

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Model-Based Development using Logi.CAD or Simulink;
  • Experience in HMI design and user interface development, preferably using CGI Studio;
  • Deep understanding of automotive systems, electric vehicle architectures and vehicle networks;
  • Strong knowledge of CAN Bus and SAE J1939, knowledge of LIN and UDS Protocols is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, data logging and signal analysis using Vector, CANoe or CANalyzer;
  • Practical experience with Aumovio (Formerly Continental) development environments;
  • Good collaboration with Systems Engineering and Test/Validation Teams to embed software requirements into the vehicle;
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies;
  • A collaborative and resilient team player with strong communication skills;
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in automotive, Electrical, Software Engineering or a related technical discipline;
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
