IT Operations Specialist

German C1 level Strong knowledge at MS Windows based desktop & server technologies (Windows7, 8, 10,11) and Macbook devices Knowledge of some other industries: data centres, voice network (VoIP), Contact Center, Virtualization solutions Good IT asset and technical competence Familiarity with trouble ticketing approach and systems (esp. Remedy) Advantages: Experience in supporting the deployments of IT infrastructure and Contact Centre IP telephony product sets Experience in remote desktop solutions and Remote Desktop Management solutions (Cisco, VDI, TeamViewer, etc.) You’ll be part of a global and diverse community, with many different minds, abilities, backgrounds and cultures.
