Business Analyst E-Commerce

For our client, we are currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst (m/f/d) in the e-commerce sector to support the replacement of an existing software solution with a new in-house development., Our client is planning to replace an existing in-house software solution in the e-commerce environment with a completely new in-house development. In this role, you will act as the central link between the business departments and IT. You will gather complex requirements, design tailored solution approaches, and support the entire project in an agile SCRUM environment - from the initial gap analysis to testing and knowledge management.

Start: ASAP Duration: Approx. 80 person-days until the end of the year (with flexible time management / by appointment), extension until the end of 2027 and possibly longer is highly likely Location: Remote (3-4 days per week) and on-site in Bonn (1-2 days per week) subject to operational agreement Project language: English Important: Please submit profiles in English, Several years of profound experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in the IT and e-commerce sector. Proven practical experience in requirements gathering, process documentation, and performing gap analyses. Strong skills in Solution Design as well as a solid technical understanding. Excellent knowledge and proven practical experience in agile methodologies (especially SCRUM). Solid expertise in Testing & Quality Assurance (integration testing, test data creation, error analysis). Strong communication and moderation skills for collaborating with a wide variety of stakeholders. High degree of personal responsibility, a structured way of working, and a strong “hands-on” mentality. Fluent German and strong English skills, both written and spoken.
