Job description

We are seeking a talented Java Full Stack Developer to join our team in Vienna, VA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, and cloud technologies like AWS. You will work on developing and maintaining applications that are crucial to our business operations., * Develop high-quality software solutions using Java/J2EE and Spring Boot.

Design and implement Microservices and REST APIs.
Create user-friendly interfaces using Angular and/or React.
Utilize AWS cloud technologies to build scalable and reliable applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Implement and support CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
Follow Agile methodologies to deliver software on time and with high quality.
Troubleshoot and debug issues to maintain application performance.

Requirements

6+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Java/J2EE and Spring Boot.
Proven experience developing Microservices and REST APIs.
Strong experience with Angular and/or React.
Hands-on experience with AWS cloud technologies.
Experience implementing and supporting CI/CD pipelines.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fully onsite environment in Vienna, VA.
Experience with Java 17 or newer.
Experience with Spring Cloud and distributed systems.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with AWS EKS/ECS and serverless technologies.
Knowledge of messaging technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or AWS SQS/SNS.
Experience with API Gateway and cloud-native application architecture.
Experience with automated testing and Test-Driven Development.
Knowledge of application security, OAuth2, JWT, and authentication/authorization frameworks.
Experience working in large-scale enterprise or financial-services environments.
