We are seeking a Software Development Manager for a company that designs, manufactures and markets catamarans and other innovative products related to water sports, based in El Masnou, Barcelona.SALARY AND TERMS* Salary between ****** a year depending on experience Flexible work schedule 9:00H - 18:00H* Hybrid work model: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* Lead the development and implementation of the company’s technology strategy.* Design, develop, and deploy high-quality and scalable mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product features.* Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and regulations.* Manage and mentor the technology team.* Utilize your experience in backend development to contribute to the technical aspects of the projects.* Take a user-oriented approach to ensure that the end-user experience is seamless and intuitive.REQUIRED SKILLS* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field* Strong expertise in both Android and iOS mobile app development.* Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, Swift and Objective-C.* Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.* Knowledge of cloud technologies and experience with In-App
