We use an AI-first mindset as a force multiplier to proactively and continuously accelerate execution, build expertise, uncover insights, and solve complex, We are looking for a software engineer to join CrowdStrike’s global TechOps CICD Software Delivery Automation (SDA) team. You will collaborate with a high-performing, cross-functional team to design, build, and optimize CI/CD workflows that power software delivery for millions of customers worldwide. This role focuses on CI/CD pipeline reliability, developer experience, and automation at enterprise scale.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design & Build: Develop scalable CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code solutions for MacOS applications using modern DevOps toolchains
  • Developer Experience: Create MacOS application self-service tools and frameworks within the CI/CD space that reduce developer toil and accelerate delivery cycles
  • Reliability Engineering: Implement monitoring, alerting, and automated remediation for our owned services
  • Collaboration: Partner with engineering teams to establish best practices and provide technical guidance through pipeline creation and optimization.

  • MacOS: Experience administering and troubleshooting MacOS based hosts and CICD dependencies, including but not limited to Swift, X Code, and MacOS native package management
  • Programming Skills: Strong coding abilities using an OOP language (i.e. Python, Java, Groovy, or GO)
  • 8-12 years of DevOps experience with a strong focus on software development.
  • CI/CD Expertise: Hands-on experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar platforms within an enterprise environment.
  • Containerization: Production experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration
  • Cloud Platforms: Working knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure services and architecture patterns
  • Version Control: SCM experience including advanced Git workflows and branching strategies (Bitbucket, Gitlab)
  • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.

Bonus Points:

  • Configuration management experience (Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Salt)
  • Monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Logscale)
  • Experience with GitOps methodologies (ArgoCD, Flux)
  • Experience with IaC solutions such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi, * Collaboration: Excellent communication skills for working across global, distributed teams
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting capabilities
  • Security Mindset: Understanding of cybersecurity principles and secure development practices
  • Continuous Learning: Self-motivated to stay current with evolving technologies and industry best practices
  • Quality Focus: Attention to detail with emphasis on documentation, testing, and maintainable solutions
