Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Java Developer with strong Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domain expertise to support and enhance billing workflows, including claims and denials processing. This role partners closely with billing stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable product enhancements while leveraging Java expertise, AI-assisted development tools, and cloud technologies to improve workflow automation and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Support and enhance Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) workflows, including claims and denials processing. Collaborate with billing stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java and Spring technologies. Develop and implement SOAP and REST APIs for enterprise integrations. Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor and Claude to improve engineering productivity. Support the implementation of Generative AI solutions, including LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and LangChain-based applications. Develop and maintain cloud-based applications using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve automation, workflow efficiency, and product capabilities. Participate in application design, code reviews, testing, and production support activities. Required Qualifications 710+ years of hands-on Java development experience. 3+ years of experience working within the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domain. Experience utilizing AI development tools such as Cursor, Claude, or similar technologies. Experience developing or deploying Generative AI solutions, including RAG, LLMs, LangChain, or similar frameworks. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform). Hands-on experience with Spring Core, Spring Integration, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security. Advanced experience developing SOAP and REST APIs. Excellent communication skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous learning mindset. Preferred Qualifications Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, SQS, EC2, and ECS. Knowledge of or exposure to Amazon Connect. Education: Bachelors Degree
