They are looking for a Tech Lead to take technical ownership of the backend systems powering an AI-driven automation platform. You’ll remain hands-on while providing technical direction across a small, high-impact engineering team, helping shape the architecture and future scalability of the platform. What You’ll Do: Own technical direction and architecture across key backend systems Design and scale distributed, event-driven microservices using Go, AWS and Kafka Lead technical decisions, code reviews and engineering best practices Mentor engineers and support the team’s technical development Collaborate with AI, Product and Engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions Stay hands-on, contributing to complex technical challenges What You’ll Bring: Strong backend experience with Go or Python Experience with distributed systems, microservices and Kafka Proven experience making architectural and technical decisions Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD Strong SQL & NoSQL database knowledge Previous experience mentoring engineers or acting as a Tech Lead Salary: €80,000-€110,000 + Share Options Scheme Interview Process: 3 stages Location: Spain / Europe (Remote) Tech Lead - Backend | Spain (Remote) | Golang, AWS, Kafka | Up to €95K
