Lead/Senior Solution Engineer - Turkey

About the role:As a Lead/Senior Solution Engineer, you will play a central role in helping customers understand and realize the value of Parloa’s conversational AI platform. You’ll guide prospects and customers through their technical journey, from discovery and solution design to validation and successful handover. This is an opportunity to operate at the intersection of technology and business, shaping how enterprises adopt agentic AI while influencing product direction through direct customer insight.Areas of ownership:Lead the technical aspects of the sales cycle, from discovery and solution design to validation through Proof of Value and Proof of Concept engagements.Design scalable, enterprise-ready solutions tailored to customer needs, ensuring feasibility and alignment with business goals.Translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value, guiding both technical and non?technical stakeholders.Partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives, co?owning accounts and supporting strategic sales initiatives within the territory.Represent the voice of the customer by feeding insights into Product and Engineering to shape roadmap and improvements.Work closely with Sales, Professional Services, Product, and global Solution Engineering teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.Who you are:5+ years of experience as a Solution Engineer or in a similar customer?facing technical role within SaaS or enterprise technology.Strong technical foundation across APIs, cloud environments, integrations, and enterprise architecture.Experience supporting complex, multi?stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value and outcomes.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in both technical and executive conversations.Structured and solution?oriented mindset, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and high?pressure situations.Technical curiosity and interest in AI?driven products and customer experience.Native or bilingual Turkish, and strong English skills.* We provide equal opportunities to all qualified applicants regardless race, gender, sexual orientation, age, religion, national origin, disability status, socioeconomic background and other characteristics.#J-*****-Ljbffr
