Requirements

We are looking for a Lead Java Developer with strong backend development experience and proven expertise in AI/GenAI and Cloud technologies.

Must-Have Skills:

10+ years of software development experience with strong backend expertise Strong hands-on experience with Java / J2EE & Spring Boot Extensive experience with Microservices Architecture Strong experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven architecture Hands-on experience with Redis for caching and high-performance applications Strong Python development/scripting experience Experience with AI/ML, GenAI, LLMs, or AI-powered applications Strong Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform Strong technical leadership and communication skills
