Job description
The User Access Management Analyst is responsible for the implementation, security, maintenance and access administration of Information Security managed technologies, to include access controls across various distributed platforms. Focus on Identity Administration and Access Governance. Required to understand, adhere and enforce departmental and Corporate Security standards, policies and procedures., This position will be open for a minimum of three days and until a top applicant is identified.
Requirements
- Associates degree, or equivalent job experience
- Minimum 5 years customer service experience required
- At least 3 years call center experience preferred
- Minimum 2 years healthcare business processes acumen/operational knowledge
- UTIL exposure
- Advanced Active Directory and user account management knowledge
- Intermediate business productivity software knowledge
- Advanced comprehensive documentation ability
- Advanced handling of difficult/angry customers
- Flexibility to influence people at all levels
- Advanced ability to coordinate methods, techniques and evaluation of criteria across organizational silos in order to obtain optimal results
