Job description
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to join their growing team in Nashville. This individual will play a critical role in planning, developing, and maintaining project schedules for large-scale construction projects while collaborating closely with project managers, superintendents, owners, subcontractors, and executive leadership.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for data center construction projects.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to identify scheduling needs and priorities.
- Analyze project timelines and provide recommendations to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and update schedules as necessary to reflect changes or delays.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project timelines and milestones to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with project deadlines and contractual requirements.
- Identify risks and potential scheduling conflicts, proposing solutions to mitigate them.

Requirements
A successful Sr. Scheduler (Data Center) should have:
- Experience with project scheduling in the construction industry, preferably within the data center sector.
- Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or similar tools.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate timelines and resource allocation.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present schedule updates and recommendations.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
