Job description

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to join their growing team in Nashville. This individual will play a critical role in planning, developing, and maintaining project schedules for large-scale construction projects while collaborating closely with project managers, superintendents, owners, subcontractors, and executive leadership.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for data center construction projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to identify scheduling needs and priorities.
  • Analyze project timelines and provide recommendations to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and update schedules as necessary to reflect changes or delays.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project timelines and milestones to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with project deadlines and contractual requirements.
  • Identify risks and potential scheduling conflicts, proposing solutions to mitigate them.

Requirements

A successful Sr. Scheduler (Data Center) should have:
