Job description

Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align on business goals, technical direction and long-term strategies.
-
Lead, mentor, and grow the development team.
-
Contribute to the development of the strategic ecommerce plan; combine existing expertise in sales, marketing, technology, and management to deliver a superior brand and shopping experience for all customers.
-
Manage the overall user experience, including site navigation, content development in conjunction with the marketing team, checkout funnel, and promotional campaigns.
-
Closely monitor plan performance and drive any necessary changes to meet or exceed targets.
-
Be knowledgeable of and report on industry trends, ensuring the company’s technology stack is modern and scalable.

Manage third-party IT Help Desk relationship.
-
Manage budgets for software development teams and allocate resources appropriately to meet project and business needs.
-
Understanding cybersecurity protocols and best practices.
Requirements
-
Demonstrated experience in software engineering, including progressive leadership or management responsibilities.
-
Experience with PHP development, Symfony (Shopware), and WordPress/WooCommerce is highly desirable.

Experience with the following technologies and platforms is a plus:

Cloudflare
-
Klaviyo integrations
-
Figma
-
Working knowledge of NetSuite or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms.

Proven ability to develop and execute technology strategies, including cloud infrastructure and software architecture initiatives.

Knowledge of budget management, project roadmaps, timelines, and resource allocation across multiple priorities.

Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences through presentations, documentation, training, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and reports.

Strategic mindset with the ability to align technology initiatives with broader business objectives.

Self-motivated, decisive, and results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and embraces innovation and continuous improvement.

Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred.
