We are looking for the very Top Talent…and we would be delighted if you were to join our team!More in details, UST is a multinational company based in North America, certified as a Top Employer and Great Place to Work company with over ** employees all over the world and presence in more than 35 countries.We are leaders on digital technology services, and we provide large-scale technologic solutions to big companies.What are we looking for?We are looking for an AI-Assisted Code Analyst with strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, J2EE, Oracle, APIs, and Microservices , as well as hands-on experience with AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Devin .The ideal candidate will be passionate about improving code quality, reducing technical debt, and optimizing application performance in a collaborative environment.This is a 100% remote position based in Spain.Main tasks and accountabilities will be: Develop the required specifications, through the delivery of services and technical components required for its operation with a view of your own development and its integration with other teams and systems.Document the solutions in JIRA, Confluence, ALM.Analyze and review Java and Spring Boot-based applications to ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability, and reduce technical debt.Leverage AI-powered tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Devin) to accelerate code analysis, refactoring, and documentation.Collaborate with engineering teams to identify performance bottlenecks and propose improvements.Support the implementation of best practices in backend and frontend development.Contribute to continuous integration and delivery processes.Manage requests to other production support teams.What do we expect from you?A minimum of 3 years of experience as a developer in the required areas is required.Knowledge and experience in AI-powered tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Devin).Java, Springboot, APIs, Microservices.Java Database Connectivity (JDBC).J2EE.Javascript.Maven.JADE (nodejs).HTML.BBDD Oracle.CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and DevOps practices.High experience in cybersecurity & Quality (Fortify, SonarQube…) to resolve and reduce technical debt.English (MINIMUN LEVEL B1, ideally B2).What can we offer??? 23 days of Annual Leave plus the 24th and 31st of December as discretionary days!??
