Constructability Manager - Data Center

• Data Center experience required
• BS degree in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering preferred
• 7+ years Electrical Field experience (Master’s or Journeyman preferred)
• Electrical Superintendent for Data Center or Industrial projects experience preferred
• Experience with $20-$100M electrical projects preferred
• Proficient understanding of 3D modeling systems (will not be modeling/drawing)
• Proficient in Blue Beam, Procore, CX Alloy, BIM360, MS Project, P6, and other industry standard software
• Excellent computer, communication, organizational, supervisory, and planning skills
• Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check, and MVR check

Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old., required education: Bachelors.

Pay Rate: $45.67 - $67.30 / hour, The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $45.67 - $67.30 per hour.
