Requirements

of truth (Terraform). - Design cloud architectures in Azure and AWS with focus on reliability, scalability and cost awareness. - Ensure environment parity across dev, staging, and production. - Support containerized and Kubernetes-based platforms. - Reliability & Observability - Define and implement SLIs, SLOs and error budgets as a shared language between teams. - Build observability (monitoring, logging, tracing) as a trust mechanism - Lead incident response practices, including postmortems and systemic improvements. Requirements - Must have - 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure roles. - Proven experience designing processes. - Strong hands-on experience with Azure, including Azure DevOps. - Deep understanding of CI/CD architecture. - Solid experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform). - Experience with containers and Kubernetes in production environments. - Proficiency in automation/scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell). - Experience with monitoring, logging and incident management practices. - Ability to explain complex technical and security topics in simple non-confrontational language. Requirements - Nice to have - Experience working in regulated or compliance-heavy environments (Life Sciences, Finance, etc.). - Experience introducing or evolving DevOps/SRE practices in organizations with existing silos. - Cloud or DevOps certifications. - Experience with microservices architectures and API-based systems. - Understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL). - Previous mentoring or informal technical leadership experience. Seniority Level Senior Languages - English: B2 level or higher.
