The Pikes Peak Continuum of Care (PPCoC) is a regional planning body that coordinates housing and services for people experiencing homelessness, with the goal of promoting a community-wide commitment to preventing and ending homelessness. Beginning in July 2026, Pikes Peak United Way (PPUW) will assume the lead role in the PPCoC in partnership with the City of Colorado Springs, strengthening system coordination, strategic alignment, and community impact., * Work collaboratively with leadership to design and build reports for project information and efficacy.
- Analyze and complete required Housing and Urban Development (HUD) reports, Point in Time (PIT), etc.
- Collaborate with external researchers to access data, meeting CoC guidelines specific to data sharing.
- Participate in ongoing decisions concerning data collection, study design, methodology and analysis; identify, develop and propose alternative data metrics.
- Support participating agencies to comply with regulatory standards and HMIS policies.
- Other duties as assigned., Business office environment; professional dress/attire expected. Physical demands of the position include the ability to talk and hear, prolonged sitting and/or standing, occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, and regular use of computer and telephone. The position involves frequent and routine public contact and travel to outside meetings and events. The position requires responsible access and maintenance of Personal Health Information (PHI). Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and verifiable automobile insurance are required. Occasional evening and weekend hours are expected.
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Statistics?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in a related field, discipline, or an equivalent combination of formal education, training, and/or experience that demonstrates required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in compliance, audit, and data/statistical analysis.
- Acquire a general knowledge of HUD data standards and program requirements.
- Identify, monitor, and resolve compliance and operational risk issues and gaps.
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance coverage.
- May be required to work nights and weekends.
- Proven data management and mathematical abilities.
- Maintain confidentiality as it pertains to highly sensitive financial and personal matters.
- Sound judgement to resolve issues as they arise.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, strategic, fast-paced environment with focus and adaptability; vigorous drive, enthusiasm, and a sense of humor to contribute to a positive work environment.
- Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, anticipate and meet established deadlines, and regularly produce high-quality work.
- Self-motivated, able to prioritize, bring ideas to the table, and meet deadlines; accuracy and organization is required in this position.
- Experience with coordinated entry, homelessness services, or systems-level community planning.
- In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
