We are still looking for the very Top Talent…and we would be delighted if you were to join our team!More in details, UST is a multinational company based in North America, certified as a Top Employer and Great Place to Work company with over ** employees all over the world and presence in more than 35 countries.We are leaders on digital technology services, and we provide large-scale technologic solutions to big companies.?What we look for?We are looking for aSolution Analystto join the team of our client inSpain.You will act as a key bridge between business and technology, driving the definition and delivery of scalable, cloud-based solutions while ensuring alignment across stakeholders and technical teams.High english level is required.?Key Responsibilities:Lead the full requirements lifecycle: elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, and refinementEnsure requirements are clear, structured, testable, and aligned with business prioritiesMaintain full requirements traceability from business needs to functional specifications and test casesProduce and manage documentation (BRD, FRD, use cases, acceptance criteria)Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align business needs with solution designDevelop functional flows and use cases consistent with architecture and business requirementsTrack requirements progress, quality, risks, and readinessManage change requests and perform impact analysisCollaborate with Product, Architecture, Engineering, QA, Security, and DevOps/SRE teamsSupport solution design and feasibility analysis aligned with Azure-based architecturesIdentify opportunities for process improvement and innovation, including AI-driven capabilitiesSupport testing and UAT to ensure alignment between requirements and delivered solutions?Mandatory requirements:5+ years of experience as a Solution Analyst and/or Business AnalystStrong expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation, and lifecycle management and requirements traceability and structured frameworksUse case modeling and specification standardsSolid understanding of Agile (Scrum, SAFe) and/or Waterfall methodologiesStrong knowledge of the end-to-end IT delivery lifecycleExperience with Azure Cloud Services (Functions, Key Vault, APIM, Service Bus, etc.)Understanding of application architecture and frontend/backend integrationAbility to translate business requirements into cloud-native solution designsExcellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skillsEnglish C1?Nice to have:Experience with modern web frameworks (React, Next.js) and .NETExposure to AI and emerging technologies (Azure AI, Generative AI, automation)Knowledge of Azure AI Search (semantic, vector, hybrid search) and intelligent content workflowsExperience with Azure DevOps and Confluence?¿What can we offer?-?? 23 days of Annual Leave plus the 24th and 31st of December as discretionary days!-??
