Senior IT Systems EngineerA growing technology company is looking for aSenior IT Systems Engineerto join its IT team and take ownership of the technology ecosystem that powers employees’ day-to-day work.This is an opportunity to play a key role in designing, implementing, and continuously improving secure, scalable, and reliable IT infrastructure across a modern, macOS-heavy environment.You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver an exceptional employee experience while driving automation, operational excellence, and security best practices.The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience acrossJAMF, macOS, Microsoft Entra ID, endpoint management, IAM, SSO, SCIM, SaaS administration, and IT automation.You’ll be trusted to independently troubleshoot complex technical issues, improve existing processes, and lead projects from discovery through implementation and ongoing support.You’ll also play an important role in strengthening security across the environment, includingZero Trust, least-privilege access, secure authentication, device compliance, identity lifecycle management, and access governance.Ideal candidates will have knowledge of:* 7+ years of experience in IT Engineering, Systems Engineering, Workplace Technology, or similar roles* Strong hands-on JAMF administration in a macOS-heavy enterprise environment* Microsoft Entra ID and broader Identity & Access Management (IAM) platforms* Endpoint management, including device compliance, software deployment, patching, and lifecycle management* Enterprise MDM solutions and macOS endpoint management* SSO integrations, SCIM provisioning, identity lifecycle management, and access governance* Zero Trust principles, least-privilege access, and secure authentication practices* Advanced scripting and automation, with experience building scalable IT automation solutions* SaaS administration, collaboration platforms, and enterprise IT infrastructure* Troubleshooting complex technical issues and performing root cause analysis* Improving IT processes, workflows, documentation, and operational efficiency* Supporting senior stakeholders and business-critical teams* Strong stakeholder management and communication across technical and non-technical audiences* Ownership of IT projects from discovery through implementation and ongoing support* A proactive, highly organised approach to working in a fast-paced environment* Fluency inSpanish and EnglishPreferred Qualifications:* Experience working within a technology company or engineering-led environment* Experience managing SaaS ecosystems, including SSO, SCIM, MDM, and SaaS access governance* Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks, audits, and risk remediation* Knowledge of endpoint security controls and secure-by-design IT operations* Experience with automation platforms and/or configuration management at scale* Previous experience mentoring colleagues or acting as a senior technical reference within an IT team* Relevant certifications in JAMF, Microsoft Entra ID, IAM, Endpoint Management, ITIL, Security, or ComplianceKey Words:Senior IT Systems Engineer / Systems Engineer / IT Engineer / IT Systems Engineer / Workplace Technology / Workplace Engineer / Mac Systems Engineer / macOS / JAMF / Jamf Pro / Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD / IAM / Identity & Access Management / Endpoint Management / MDM / SSO / SCIM / Zero Trust / SaaS / SaaS Administration / Device Management / Endpoint Security / IT Automation / IT Infrastructure / Identity Lifecycle / Access Governance / Least Privilege / IT Operations / IT Security / Automation / Spanish / English(By applying to this role you understand that we may collect your personal data and store and process it on our systems. • 7+ years of experience in IT Engineering, Systems Engineering, Workplace Technology, or similar roles
• Strong hands-on JAMF administration in a macOS-heavy enterprise environment
• Microsoft Entra ID and broader Identity & Access Management (IAM) platforms
• Endpoint management, including device compliance, software deployment, patching, and lifecycle management
• Enterprise MDM solutions and macOS endpoint management
• SSO integrations, SCIM provisioning, identity lifecycle management, and access governance
• Zero Trust principles, least-privilege access, and secure authentication practices
• Advanced scripting and automation, with experience building scalable IT automation solutions
• SaaS administration, collaboration platforms, and enterprise IT infrastructure
• Troubleshooting complex technical issues and performing root cause analysis

• Experience working within a technology company or engineering-led environment
• Experience managing SaaS ecosystems, including SSO, SCIM, MDM, and SaaS access governance
• Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks, audits, and risk remediation
• Knowledge of endpoint security controls and secure-by-design IT operations
• Experience with automation platforms and/or configuration management at scale
• Previous experience mentoring colleagues or acting as a senior technical reference within an IT team
