A team that delivers and celebrates together.Ready to grow with us?Take a look at this opportunity ?At Capitole, we are looking for anAnalytics Engineerto join an international data team focused on transforming data into business value.We are looking for a professional with strong analytical skills, a business-oriented mindset and hands-on experience working with modern data platforms.The role combinesBusiness Analytics, Data Quality and analytical modelling, contributing to both business decision-making and data-driven initiatives.ResponsibilitiesTransform business requirements into analytical solutions and actionable insights.Define KPIs and metrics to support data-driven decision making.Develop and optimize data solutions usingDatabricks, Python, PySpark and SQL.Improve data quality through validation processes, monitoring and issue resolution.Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders.Contribute to the development, deployment and monitoring of statistical and Machine Learning models in production environments.Requirements3-5 years of experience in Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Analytics or similar roles.Strong knowledge ofPython and SQL.Experience withDatabricksandPySpark.Experience working with business stakeholders and translating business needs into analytical solutions.Experience with statistical modelling or traditional Machine Learning techniques such as forecasting, regression, classification or clustering.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.Experience with Azure or AWS.Proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership.Nice-to-haveExperience inData Qualityand data governance.Familiarity with ML lifecycle management tools such as MLflow.Experience with Airflow or Azure Data Factory.Experience with data visualization tools.Location:100% RemoteSchedule:40h/week.Flexible, with reduced hours on FridaysLanguage:English (C1), Spanish (B2)Want to know more?Click here ?? and find out!See what people say about us??
