Job description

We are looking for a Machine Vision Engineer with strong technical expertise in industrial environments and automation, capable of leading projects from the design phase through commissioning and validation on-site.The successful candidate will be involved in the development and implementation of advanced machine vision solutions for inspection, quality control, and industrial automation applications.This is an excellent opportunity to join an innovative technology-driven environment and contribute to high-impact industrial projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead machine vision projects from requirements definition to final validation and commissioning.Design, develop, and integrate machine vision systems for industrial applications.Coordinate technical activities with internal teams and external suppliers.Program, configure, and optimize automated inspection solutions based on industrial cameras and vision software.Ensure project quality standards, deadlines, and technical objectives are met.Prepare technical documentation and support validation, testing, and commissioning activities.Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including automation, robotics, manufacturing, and engineering departments.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree, Engineering Degree, or Higher Vocational Qualification in Automation, Robotics, Electronics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience in industrial machine vision projects.Strong knowledge of integrating vision systems into manufacturing and production environments.English proficiency at a minimum B2 level (mandatory).Availability for occasional business travel.Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.Nice to HaveExperience leading technical teams or managing engineering projects.Knowledge of Machine Learning applications in computer vision.Experience with PLCs, industrial robots, and automation systems integration.Hands-on experience with machine vision platforms such as Cognex, Keyence, Halcon, OpenCV, or similar technologies.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under demanding deadlines.What We OfferPermanent employment contract.Opportunity to work on innovative and cutting-edge industrial technology projects.Continuous training and professional development opportunities.Collaborative, highly skilled, and technology-oriented environment.High level of autonomy and ownership in project execution.Competitive compensation package based on experience and qualifications.The expected salary range for this position is €33,000-€38,000 gross per annum.However, the final offer will be aligned with the candidate’s level of experience, technical capabilities, skills, and the value they can bring to the project.Location: Manresa, Barcelona (Spain)
