Job description
We are partnering with a growing international organisation delivering secure, business-critical technology services across multiple regions.The business is investing in its global infrastructure and is looking for an experienced Network Solutions Architect to lead the design and evolution of its network estate.This role blends technical architecture, hands-on delivery and people leadership.You will shape network strategy across enterprise, data centre, cloud and hybrid environments, while managing and developing a team of network specialists.The role:Design and deliver enterprise network solutions across global sites, cloud and data centre environmentsSet network standards, technical roadmaps and security principlesLead a team of network engineers, managing performance, development and resource planningAct as the senior technical lead for complex projects, implementations and escalationsWork closely with cloud, security, infrastructure and project teamsImprove automation, resilience, monitoring and overall network performanceOccasional out-of-hours support and international travel may be requiredWhat we’re looking for:Strong enterprise networking background, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, routing and switchingExperience with Cisco, Palo Alto, cloud networking and hybrid connectivityKnowledge of network security, Zero Trust, firewalls, segmentation and secure remote accessFamiliarity with AWS, Azure or GCP, plus automation tools such as Ansible or TerraformPrevious experience leading or mentoring network engineersStrong stakeholder-management skills and the ability to communicate technical solutions clearlyExperience working in a complex, high-availability or multi-site environment is highly desirableWhat’s on offer:Competitive salaryHybrid working model (2 days in office Madrid or Malaga)Paid certificationsHealth insurance (whole family)Gym membershipAnd much more!
