AtGracia101 , we’re looking for an experienced and highly motivatedIT Workplace Transformation Managerto join our team.This role sits at the intersection of workplace innovation, AI adoption, technology simplification and employee experience.The successful candidate will lead strategic transformation initiatives, identify opportunities for modernization, and accelerate the transition towards an AI-enabled, product-led and business-centric digital workplace.ResponsibilitiesLead the Workplace & Collaboration transformation portfolio.Drive modernization initiatives that improve employee productivity, user experience, operational efficiency and business value.Translate strategic ambitions into executable transformation roadmaps and measurable business outcomes.Establish and maintain effective program governance.Lead integrated planning across projects, products and service teams.Manage cross-project dependencies, risks, issues and critical milestones.Drive change management activities, communication strategies and stakeholder engagement.Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, architects, service owners and delivery partners.Provide leadership and oversight for strategic suppliers and implementation partners.RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Information Management or a related field.10+ years of experience leading complex IT transformation programs in multinational environments.Proven experience in Digital Workplace, Workplace & Collaboration, Microsoft 365, AI adoption or enterprise transformation initiatives.Strong program and portfolio management expertise, including governance, stakeholder management and financial oversight.Demonstrated experience driving organizational change and user adoption.Experience managing strategic suppliers and complex delivery ecosystems.Professional certification preferred (PMP, PgMP, MSP, IPMA, Agile or equivalent).Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.#J-*****-Ljbffr

Strong program and portfolio management expertise, including governance, stakeholder management and financial oversight. Demonstrated experience driving organizational change and user adoption.
