Job description

  • Establish and maintain system permissions from field locations.

  • Key work to be performed include:

  • Ensure all system permissions are correct (e.g., personnel leaving or needing access).

  • Enable automation in reporting by working with Subject Matter Experts, and system administrators.

  • Ensure Data Standards to successful implementation into the FEMA program.

  • Serve as part of the project team to obtain the Fed Ramp certification process.

  • Ensure system configurations and connectivity is enabled in all FEMA systems.

  • Ensure the report from manual submissions are completed.

Requirements

Required:

  • U.S. Citizen, with or eligible for a FEMA EOD clearance.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems or a related discipline.

  • 6 years of relevant experience, to include domain experience, prior FEMA system experience is a plus

  • Experience in IT operations trend analysis and common key performance indicators

  • Strong understanding of data integration and database management; aggregated reporting, analytics and visualization

  • Demonstrated experience performing data analysis and visualization in tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau or similar

  • Expert in the use of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel (to include pivot tables, macros, graphs, charts, etc.)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$86,600 - $181,800
