WHAT WILL YOU DO??Design and execute comprehensiveAPI testing strategiesfor APIs and API Gateway-based solutions.Performfunctional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testingacross distributed environments.ValidateAPI security, authentication, authorization, request/response transformations, and error-handling scenarios.Develop, maintain, and improveautomated API testing frameworksand reusable test assets.Implement and maintain automated test suites using industry-standard tools such asPostman, REST Assured, Karate, and SoapUI.Integrate API testing intoCI/CD pipelinesto ensure continuous quality validation.ValidateAPI Gateway configurations, including routing, security policies, rate limiting, and transformations.Test end-to-end flows acrossAPI Gateways, middleware platforms, and backend services.Collaborate withdevelopment, DevOps, and architecture teamsto improve software quality and release reliability.Design and automatequality gates, reporting mechanisms, and test execution processes.Define and promoteAPI testing best practices, standards, and documentation.Participate incode reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.MonitorAPI quality metricsand contribute to reducing production defects.?
