IT System Administrator

As an IT Administrator you will configure, install, maintain, upgrade, monitor, troubleshoot, repair and optimize computer systems hardware and software. You will also ensure the overall effectiveness of components, and evaluate, recommend, and implement cost effective improvements that will increase utility, functionality, and/or effectiveness of said components. Your contributions will directly impact our EMEA business units and functions, as you work on developing and refining new and existing infrastructure. What would be your responsibilities? - Installation, troubleshooting, operation, adjustment, support, monitoring and testing of x86/x64 servers (MS Windows) and our VMware® and Azure Cloud based virtualized environment - General system monitoring and monitoring of system performance (i.e. with Microsoft Systems Center Operations Manager) - Troubleshooting and root cause analysis of issues - Ensuring of availability and performance of all systems the team is responsible for -
