Qualifications About You You bring: A Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 0-3 years of experience in data analytics or a relevant consulting or industry role. Fluency in Dutch or French, and English. Strategic thinking with strong analytical skills and a proactive approach. Experience in clearly communicating and presenting complex ideas to varied audiences. Efficient collaboration with various stakeholders, internally and externally, to gather requirements and support data-driven decisions. Eagerness to work alongside and learn from more experienced colleagues while contributing fresh ideas to team projects. You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you’re excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer. Interest in applying innovative analytics and AI solutions to drive sustainability and create meaningful business impact. Your technical toolkit: Hands-on experience with Python or R for data analysis. Proficiency with SQL and Microsoft Excel for data manipulation. Familiarity with dashboarding tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a strong plus.
