Scrum Master

We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our team working on next-generation Digital Products for connected healthcare. You will act as agile mentor and facilitator for a cross-functional team, helping shape products that meet the demanding standards of our healthcare partners and customers., * Work within an agile environment where teamwork is central to everything we do.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Data Analytics, IoMT, and design.
• Take on the role of Scrum Master, agile mentor, and facilitator for team meetings and stakeholder communication.
• Support the team and take ownership of the team’s overall health.
• Promote and develop the team’s self-organizational abilities.
• Challenge proposed solutions and help improve team processes.
• Support, advise, and share knowledge with other team members.
• Act as an internal change agent, driving the organization’s shift toward more Agile, adaptive ways of working., * Discounts at sports centers (AndJoy).
• Monthly follow-up meetings with your manager for continuous feedback.

The employee will be required to comply with the Information Security policies:

• They will have access to confidential information related to Capitole Consulting and the project they are assigned to.
• They must comply with the information security policies, as well as the internal policies and procedures of both Capitole Consulting and the client.
• They will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

• 2+ years of professional experience as a Scrum Master in IT development.
• Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and hands-on application of Scrum and/or other Agile frameworks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to adapt to different audiences, including executives and customers.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems effectively.
• Ability to drive change within your team and product scope.
• Passion for agile topics, with the drive to motivate the team and sustain momentum.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Experience with tools such as Confluence, JIRA, or similar.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Curiosity and openness to new technologies.

Considered a plus

• Knowledge or experience with agile frameworks for scaling agile teams.
• Experience working in a regulated environment.
