concurrent projects, balancing client and business priorities effectively. * Communicate cyber security concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities and supporting proposals. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and team members. * Champion continuous improvement within the security team and support junior colleagues. Skills & experience * Proven experience delivering technical cyber security consultancy in multi-disciplined environments. * Strong background in information assurance, including developing ISMS and conducting risk assessments. * Experience deploying and managing security controls aligned to business risk appetite. * Solid understanding of Secure by Design methodology and its practical application. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience engaging stakeholders at all levels. * Strong organisational skills with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously. * Experience in the UK Defence sector with knowledge of MoD security policies such as JSP440 and JSP604. * Ability to deliver quality security outcomes under pressure and to tight deadlines. The client would also like to see some of the below, but this is not essential: * Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISMP or ISO27001. * Experience conducting security assurance and accreditation activities for Defence capabilities. * Experience segmenting and securing OT/ICS networks in CNI environments such as energy or utilities. * Familiarity with OT cyber security standards including IEC 62443, NIST CSF or NIS Regulations. * OT cyber security qualifications such as GICSP or IEC/ISA 62443. * Membership of a recognised security professional body such as CIISEC, IISP or BCS.
