Requirements

  • Relevant networking, infrastructure, and Microsoft qualifications such as CCNA, JNCP, MCSA, or VCP
  • Experience managing Microsoft Azure and Office 365, including Conditional Access, Azure AD Connect, Exchange Online/Hybrid, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune/Endpoint Management
  • Experience with public and private cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
  • Experience maintaining and updating VMware vSphere and Hyper-V environments, including replication and failover
  • Experience supporting FreePBX, Mitel, Gamma, and Skype/Teams VOIP systems
  • Experience with MDM, MFA, email filtering, next-generation firewalls, and antivirus solutions
  • Windows Server installation and configuration experience
  • Experience maintaining, updating, and troubleshooting SAN devices, configuring iSCSI connectivity, and managing clusters
  • Experience supporting and troubleshooting RDS, RemoteApp, and Citrix environments in on-premise and cloud settings
  • Third-line networking troubleshooting experience, including support for Palo Alto, Sophos, FortiNet, Draytek, Juniper, and Cisco firewalls
  • Experience supporting Windows desktops, applications, tablets, and mobile devices
  • Effective communication skills
  • Methodical approach to diagnosis and documentation
  • Ability to conduct independent research
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Full clean UK driving licence
  • Willingness to develop over time through learning resources and peer learning
