Job description

The IT Operations Manager will oversee operational service delivery, supplier and MSP relationships, operational governance, security compliance and service improvement initiatives. You will play a key role in maintaining high levels of service for colleagues and members, while driving efficiencies, enhancing user experience and ensuring operational readiness across the organisation.

Requirements

Are you an experienced IT operations professional who enjoys leading teams, managing suppliers and delivering reliable, secure technology services? If so, this could be the role for you!, Strong experience managing infrastructure, cloud, and network operations

  • Experience managing suppliers and MSPs, including supplier governance, contract performance management, and operational assurance
  • Experience improving operational processes and service quality
  • Proven experience managing IT operations teams or coaching/mentoring IT support roles

Experience owning or governing IT Disaster Recovery processes would be advantageous.
