Salesforce Application Support Analyst

• Provide day-to-day support for Salesforce, helping users with system, data, access and performance issues.
• Investigate problems, identify root causes and work with colleagues or suppliers to put fixes in place.
• Support system upgrades, testing, releases and continuous improvements to keep applications stable and effective.
• Carry out approved Salesforce configuration changes, such as flows, page layouts, validation rules and automation.
• Help improve data quality, reporting and system performance so teams can make better decisions and deliver better services.
• Work closely with technology teams, business stakeholders and suppliers to make sure Salesforce continues to meet operational needs., Equity, diversity and inclusion are central to life at Hyde. • Experience supporting Salesforce in a business environment, ideally including Service Cloud.
• Good understanding of Salesforce configuration, reporting, automation and data management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to investigate technical and data issues in a structured way.
• Experience of working with incident, change and release processes in a technology or support environment.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work well with technical teams, suppliers and non-technical colleagues.
