actively drive business development and proposal processes * You lead high-impact demos and proof-of-concepts * You build and develop high-performing, interdisciplinary teams * You position BCG Platinion as a thought leader in the field of SAP BTP and AI You Make the Difference * You have successfully completed a degree in (Business) Computer Science or a comparable field with above-average grades * You have 8+ years of experience in IT consulting and in managing complex IT and transformation programs * You have in-depth expertise in SAP BTP, integration architectures, and modern platform approaches (e.g., CAP, Integration Suite, AI Core) * You have a solid understanding of AI/GenAI and their strategic and operational applications * You have extensive experience in planning, managing, and evaluating the economic impact of transformations, including business cases * You have led teams (>5 people) and confidently managed complex programs and escalations * You, operate confidently
