Requirements

Fullstack Engineer (7+ years of experience) with C#/.NET, Node.js, or Java in the backend Typescript as the #1 preferred in the frontend but will take React or Javascript Important requirement is experience working with Optimizely, ideally in a headless environment Requirements

  • Extensive experience in software development with a significant focus on front-end engineering.
  • Experience with headless CMS platforms, preferably Optimizely, including content modeling, API integration, and content delivery strategies.
  • Strong experience with React and Next.js in production environments, including expertise in server-side rendering, static site generation, API routes, and performance optimization.
  • Deep understanding of modern JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
  • Full-stack capability with experience in back-end technologies (C#/.NET, Node.js, or Java) and an understanding of API design and integration.
  • Experience with front-end state management solutions (Redux, Context API, Zustand, etc.) and when to apply them.
  • Ability to architect scalable, performant, secure, and reusable front-end solutions and component libraries.
  • Knowledge of web performance optimization, accessibility standards (WCAG), and SEO best practices.
  • Experience with modern front-end tooling (Webpack, Vite, etc.) and testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright, Cypress).
  • Capability to communicate and collaborate across the wider organization, influencing technical decisions and partners without direct reporting authority.
  • Strong understanding of Domain Driven Design, SOLID principles, and Design Patterns as they apply to front-end architecture.
  • Azure or other cloud platforms experience (GCP, AWS).
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with content preview and editing experiences in headless CMS environments.
  • Experience with design systems and component library development.
  • Knowledge of GraphQL and modern API patterns.
  • Understanding of Web Vitals and Core Web Vitals optimization.

Contributions to open-source projects or technical writing/speaking experience.
