Job description

We seek exceptional U.S. Military veterans from a Special Operations community background to serve as High Threat Security Consultants. This position is for 1099 contract employment in a high-risk environment for a prestigious and highly selective U.S. Government customer. Selected candidates will provide mobile security solutions for assignments in sensitive, dynamic, high-threat OCONUS locations.

As a High Threat Security Consultant (1099), you will provide expertise and support to PGI and our U.S. Government clients by providing operational advice or assistance supporting organizations in expeditionary environments.

The Mobile High Threat Security Professional (SOF) will be responsible for the following:

  • Provide Mobile security services in OCONUS high-threat environments; location(s) to be determined at the employer’s discretion.

  • Maintain a high level of proficiency with all Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures associated with the position.

  • Maintain a professional demeanor, appearance, and attitude.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship

  • Must possess a valid U.S. Driver’s License and U.S. Tourist Passport

  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

  • Applicants must possess at least 4 years of active service within the US Military Special Operations Community

  • Applicants must provide DD-214 (Member 4 or Service 2) covering all active service periods.

  • High Level of proficiency with M4 rifle and Glock 9mm pistol

  • Must be willing to deploy to austere locations for 60 - 90 days and willing to work seven days per week.

Required Security Clearance:

  • Applicants must possess an active Secret Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Current NREMT-B or NREMT-P, former US Army 18D’s, former SOCM qualified Medics.

  • Proficiency in military, tactical, and commercial communications equipment and procedures.

  • Former US military-trained Snipers or Designated Marksmen.

  • Leadership experience in a small-unit environment.

  • Possess and active Top Secret Clearance.

  • 1 year of active duty spent in a hazardous theater

Technical Requirements:

  • All candidates MUST pass pre-deployment medical screening, including a mandatory Physical Fitness Readiness test.

  • All candidates MUST successfully pass a government-sponsored vetting course.

  • Must pass regular drug testing as determined by government sponsor.
